Compliance support

SAGEConsult offers flexible compliance support packages. You may only require ad hoc assistance or you may require ongoing support services where we will look after your compliance function, whilst you concentrate on your business.

Regulatory support

SAGEConsult assists financial services firms gain regulatory licences from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA“) in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC“) and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“FSRA“) in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM“).

Compliance review

SAGEConsult can carry out a hands-on high level review of your current compliance set up, identifying any gaps and suggesting opportunities for enhancement.

We can provide either a complete assessment of your compliance infrastructure or a targeted review of one or several elements.

A compliance review is multi-faceted. It consists of cross-checking regulatory requirements against your compliance policies and procedures, verifying documentation, reviewing the efficacy of training programs and your regulatory disclosures.

A comprehensive report will follow our compliance review, which will include a proposed action plan for any remedial work required. SAGEConsult can assist with remediation and remain on hand for further expert guidance.
